20 plus years ago we moved from a paper system and purchased our very first computer system. I was told by a company that we had a close relationship with, that at the time was having problems with their own first computer system, to buy both the hard and software from the same supplier. This is something that they did not do. That way the hardware supplier can’t blame the software supply for any problems and vice-versa.

We purchased our first computer system (both Hardware & Software) from the same supplier and Steve from SMZL installed our very first computer system and we have been using SMZL ever since. I am not saying you won’t get computer problems by using SMZL and over the years we have had our fair share of problems, crashes and lockout from both hardware and software, but SMZL have fixed any and every problem that arises. When required they are available at nights and weekends to fix and solve any computer problems or trouble that we have had. If we don’t have computers we don’t work.

The requirement for new hardware, software and upgrades will continue to cause problems to arise.I believe the advice we get from SMZL helps us to reduce the likelihood of any computer related problems. But when they do arise, (and they will) we find that SMZL do make a difference by the team there going that extra mile.
